I have been an independent interim manager for restructuring, transition and change projects with focus on
quality management for over 25 years. My mission is to help manufacturers of quality products
(e.g. Pharma, MedTech or affiliated IT & SW development) to meet their qualitative and regulatory requirements.

Interim Management ?


  • Interim management must be clearly distinguished from classic management consulting. Interim management is not only theory, but much more practical implementation.


  • Interim management exclusively concerns executive positions as well as the activities of supervisory boards. Interim managers have tasks that go beyond control and management.
